Create a custom dashboard

Custom dashboards allow you to create customized reports for your personal use or sharing with others in your organization.

Add cards to your dashboard to perform detailed analysis of responses from any of the following data sources:

  • Active or inactive CX Surveys
    • Measurement Surveys
    • Engagement surveys
    • Ad-hoc surveys
  • Active or inactive Feedback Surveys
  • Custom data sources
  • Collection activity

Up to 50 cards can be added to a custom dashboard.

Procedure

  1. Click Dashboards on the left-pane navigation.
  2. On the title bar, click the More Options icon and select Create New Dashboard.
  3. To create a dashboard from scratch, click New.
  4. To create a new version of existing dashboard, click Copy Existing and then select the dashboard to be copied.
  5. Enter a descriptive name.
  6. Click Save.
  7. The new dashboard is displayed on your Dashboards page. Add a card to the dashboard to perform detailed analysis of the survey responses.
